Credit Card Security:
- All credit card numbers are transmitted via a 128bit encrypted secure connection (note the padlock at the bottom of your browser when ordering) to Romancart Secure Servers. This encrypted form of data is then sent to us for processing and is only de-encrypted after they reach our computer.

Log Cabin Warranty
Subject to proper installation and normal residential use.
- Our Log Cabins carry a 10 year warranty on all Pressure Treated Wooden component parts against fungal decay and damage by insects. All other timbers carry a 5 year warranty.
- Timber is a natural product. Cracks, Shakes, and Fissures may occur as timber dries, this is a normal process and does not affect the overall strength and durability of the timber. The timber will change colour over time and may also contain Knots and Knot Holes. These are not covered by the warranty as these naturally occur in all pressure treated wood.
- Garden Adventure Ltd reserves the right to examine photographs of products claimed to be defective. Products returned to our Factory for examination or recovery must be sent freight prepaid, unless a Goods Returned Note is issued.
- This Warranty covers the replacement of these goods, not any travel expenses, lost wages, or labour costs, involved in the installation or replacement of the parts.
- No warranty is offered on Products subjected to abuse, negligence, improper use, acts of God, adaptations, or attachment to equipment other than our own.
Log Cabin Delivery
Once your order has been placed, delivery for log cabins will take approximately 3 to 5 weeks depending on season and your location. In extreme cases, you may have to wait up to 6 weeks for your order.
It is imperative, once an agreed delivery date is set, that there is at least one person to assist with the off-load at the delivery address and to sign for the goods received - should no one be in, then a second delivery charge may be incurred.
Log Cabin Installation Terms
- Installation requires a prepared base to be supplied, level and smooth. If the installation team are not satisfied with the condition, further charges may be made for rectification work in order to proceed with installation. At worse, the installation may have to be postponed, with a chargeable fee of 30% of original costs for a second visit.
- Installation does NOT include off loading of the cabin from the transportation. Due to scheduling we may not be able to coincide delivery and installation day.
- Please provision suitable tarpaulin to protect the cabin components between delivery and installation.
- The installation team will require access to 240v power supply.
- All fixings required for installation are supplied.
- 12 month guarantee on workmanship.

Log Cabin Returns Policy
We do not accept the return of any dispatched cabins for shortages of boards, any damage in transit or naturally split boards etc. Please note that, wood is a living product. Being a natural product wood will react to changes in atmospheric conditions. Cracks, Shakes, and Fissures may occur as timber dries, expands and contracts with changes of humidity and temperature.
This is perfectly natural and does not affect the integrity of the timber or of the structure it is used in. Despite technical drying methods it is, nonetheless, impossible to completely prevent some degree of warping and the formation of resin and cracks, especially on the outside surfaces.
Cancellation and Returns Policy
Garden Adventure has the following cancellation / returns policy:-
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, providing you have not used the product and we have been notified within 7 days of purchase, we shall refund all monies paid less a charge to cover the cost of carriage, payment processing and restocking. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all instructions and parts.
If your purchase is damaged or found to be faulty within 7 days of purchase, we will of course replace the item at our own expense or give a full refund at no cost to you. This is subject to Garden Adventure being satisfied that the damaged had been caused during transit and that it had been signed for "not checked" upon receipt or faulty workmanship and is not the result of customer abuse. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All cancellation requests should be made in writing, either by email or fax.
To avoid any misunderstanding, we DO NOT accept order cancellation by telephone. All order cancellations must be made in writing to ensure that the instruction is clearly understood (ie. so that only the relevant part is cancelled, or the whole order where appropriate). All cancellation requests will be acknowledged by return email.
In the event that we are unable to successfully deliver an order due to inadequate address details provided by the customer, unreasonably restricted access at delivery address or customer cancellation after despatch but prior to delivery, we reserve the right to charge to the customer any costs reasonably incurred in recovering the goods.
Missing items / damaged parts
In the event of missing or damaged parts then we will endeavour to rectify the problem as soon as possible but in some circumstances we may not be able to do so straight away as parts may have to be sent from outside of the UK or manufactured for you.
We cannot under any circumstances accept responsibility for delay in installation or any costs incurred by you due to faulty or missing parts as this is outside of our control. However we will do our utmost to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Any missing items or damaged parts must be advised in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods.
